1. SERVICES. Service Provider agrees to provide technology expense management, carrier services, and managed IT services as detailed in applicable Statements of Work.

2. TERM. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewing automatically unless terminated with 60 days' written notice.

3. PAYMENT TERMS. Client agrees to pay invoices within thirty (30) days of receipt. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
